1. Eligibility & acceptance
You must be at least 13 years old. By creating an account you accept these Terms.
2. Not medical advice — consult a physician
Calisthenics Lab provides general fitness information only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. You train at your own risk and are responsible for exercising safely and stopping if you feel unwell.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your password secure.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Full pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund details are in our Subscription Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to break its security, resell it, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its content, programs, and coaching material are owned by The Calisthenics Lab and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through Apple or Google — cancel that in the respective store. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability for any indirect or consequential damages.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. When we make material changes we will update the effective date and, where required, ask you to re-accept in the app.
