Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-08-29 · Version 1.0

This document is provided separately as required by the Washington My Health My Data Act and similar consumer-health-data laws. It governs consumer health data specifically and is never merged with our general Privacy Policy.

1. Scope

This policy covers consumer health data — such as resting heart rate, heart-rate variability, sleep, and body mass — that you choose to sync from Apple Health or Android Health Connect, and health-related information you enter in the app.

2. What we read and write

  • We read only the specific metrics you approve on the consent screen.
  • We write workout completions back to your health app only if you enable it. Nothing syncs without your explicit permission.

3. How it is used

Consumer health data is used only to display your own trends and personalize your training inside the app. It is never sold, never used for advertising or marketing, and never shared with third parties for their own purposes.

4. Storage, security & deletion

Health data is stored on our servers scoped to your account, is never written to iCloud or any cloud backup, and is permanently deleted when you delete your account. You may disconnect the health source at any time in Settings.

5. Your rights under consumer-health-data laws

You have the right to access, withdraw consent for, and delete your consumer health data, and to a list of any third parties with which it has been shared (currently: none). To exercise these rights, contact us via our Support page. Washington residents have a private right of action under the My Health My Data Act.

We collect consumer health data only with your affirmative, specific consent, and you may withdraw that consent at any time by disconnecting the source or deleting your account.
